What could be better!

Time: see schedule below
Location: Haysboro Community Center (south on Elbow Drive to 89Ave and then head West for 2 blocks)
2010 Family Festival Game and Photo Schedule
The schedule has been drawn up and can be viewed by clicking the link above. Players should arrive and assemble with their teams at least 20 minutes PRIOR to their team photo time (make sure you arrive in plenty of time). Players can skate on the pleasure rink if they are early, but be sure to be in the team photo line about 5-10 minutes prior to your team photo time. After your team photo, you will go on the ice at the appropriate time to play a game. Once you are done, we will be serving hot dogs and drinks (no charge for players) near the pleasure rink beside the parking lot. We will try and have other hot dogs and drinks available for sale to parents and siblings, but our priority will be to serve the players.
Team Photos (managers - please read this):
We will be asking team managers to collect $7 from each player that would like a photo. Managers will either give us all money collected, or a single cheque for the entire team. The money will be collected just before the team photo is taken. We will only print photos for those that have paid in advance, so parents need to decide if they want a team photo by the 23rd as we will not be able to print extras afterwards. The photos will be mailed to the team managers for distribution to the team, so we ask that team managers keep a list of who has paid for photos. All cheques for photos should be made out to: Kyle Clapham Photography.
During the games, Kyle Clapham will be taking action shots of the players. After the festival, he will post these photos on his website. I will send out the link and parents can go through these action photos and order whichever ones they would like from the website.
Hope to see you all there!
